ian I have a DVD player that has RCA inputs. I use it on the move, to watch TV or listen to music, but when I am home I would prefer to watch TV on it.
Does anyone know of a device that I can input my RF cable and get RCA/SVideo output? I am looking for a cheaper unit.
Please do not recommend a Portable DVD Player with a TV tuner. Most TV tuner are just NTSC and I need a one with PAL.

Buy the cheapest PAL VCR you can find.
Check also if you can find any stand-alone tuners made for PCs, but I am sure they are not cheaper than a VCR.
