I have a GoVideo dp8440 portable dvd player that says “wrong disc” everytime a dvd is inserted. Whats wrong?

It plays cd’s normally and the tv tuner works normally. The dvd is the only thing having a problem.

   this problem normally occurs when their is some dust on the lens of the cd/dvd rom/writer………

   so i guess get it cleaned from service center………
